To receive treatment for COVID-19, call your primary doctor to discuss the best option for you. For people who do not have a current primary doctor or insurance, PAXCESS (the Patient Support Program) can assistance. Visit PAXCESS Patient Support Program (iassist.com) to learn more.
For testing resources, Public Health Services offers free health care product vending machines throughout the county that supply free COVID-19 at-home test kits. Visit PHS social media @sjcphs to stay up to date on vending machine locations.

"PHS can only offer COVID19 vaccines to those 19 years or older who are uninsured or underinsured. Anyone who does not meet these qualifications should contact their primary care physician or call 209-468-3822 for a list of Vaccine for Kids providers."
