Test-to-Treat Site Information 

Test-to-Treat locations have closed as of May 31, 2024. Free testing and treatment are available at mobile health center locations and COVID-19 pop-up clinics. Find information on SJHealth’s mobile health centers at www.sjhealth.org/t2t/

To receive treatment for COVID-19, call your primary doctor to discuss the best option for you. For people who do not have a current primary doctor or insurance, PAXCESS (the Patient Support Program) can assistance. Visit PAXCESS Patient Support Program (iassist.com) to learn more.

For testing resources, Public Health Services offers free health care product vending machines throughout the county that supply free COVID-19 at-home test kits. Visit PHS social media @sjcphs to stay up to date on vending machine locations.

• These walk-in events are first come, first serve.
• Rapid antigen tests will be offered.
• Continue to wear your mask and practice social distancing‐help protect others around you.

"PHS can only offer COVID19 vaccines to those 19 years or older who are uninsured or underinsured. Anyone who does not meet these qualifications should contact their primary care physician or call 209-468-3822 for a list of Vaccine for Kids providers."
