Birth & Death Certificates

Public Health Services (PHS) Vital Statistics Program registers births, deaths and fetal deaths occurring within San Joaquin County for the current year and the past calendar year only.

Older records are maintained by the County Recorder's Office at 44 N. San Joaquin St., 2nd Floor Ste. 260, Stockton, CA 95202. Contact at (209)-468-3939.
