Death & Birth Certificates

Effective January 1, 2026, the California Department of Public Health - Vital Records (CDPH-VR) will increase vital records fee for certified copies, pursuant to Assembly Bill (AB) 64 (chapter 662, Statutes of 2025)

PHS only has access to records for the current and past year. Older records are maintained by:
